Foot in Mouth

Ya know how we all say some pretty dumb things every now and then? Well I sure did the other day with two wonderful guests in my presence. I was just rambling away and it came out and as soon as I said it I was like what the heck? I didn't mean what I had said at all and I felt so stupid. LOL My two guests are thankfully very gracious but gosh I am still beating myself up 2 days later. Have you ever done this? I talk so much faster then I think sometimes. And I even type the same, (I am sure you have seen plenty of my typos in these blogs LOL.) I am far from perfect but when things like that happen it reminds me so much of grace. God's grace, grace with friends, family, siblings, husbands, wives, kids, and even clients. It reminds me to be a little more gracious with my husband and with my son. It reminds me that I am a child of God and I am so thankful for all the grace he has shown me. To sit back and think of where I might be without his grace is a little scary. So don't beat yourself up like I have. Just acknowledge you were wrong, ask for forgiveness and move on. Just being a little more gracious next time.

xoxo,

Tiffany
