Haircuts: Don't Cancel!

Hey everyone! Sorry I’ve been MIA the last few weeks. Between vacation and the holiday I’ve had a rough time getting back on track!

Today’s topic is haircuts. This geared mainly towards the ladies. I highly recommend keeping your hair trimmed every 8-12 weeks. Your hair grows an average of 1/2 an inch to an inch a month. So if you are only trimming 1/2 an inch every 2-3 months you are still growing. One of the reasons most of us feel like our hair stops growing is bc it’s actually splitting and breaking off due to not keeping up w the cuts consistently. This is why hair starts looking frizzy and not smooth bc of all the split ends going all the way up the hair strand instead of being cut off. Other reasons can be the products we are using. Anything from shampoo and conditioner to styling products can be the cause of lack of hair growth. Also, why goes in our body comes out first in our hair. So what we eat and drink directly effect the hair. So be sure to check all of these aspects when wondering about your own hair growth. So be sure to book your haircuts every 8-12 weeks and don’t skip or cancel. It will be worth it!

What keeps you from being consistent with your haircuts?
