Office Hours

Running a business has so many different parts. It is so hard to keep up with if you are not organized. And let's be honest, it's still very hard! I am finding my biggest challenge is creating "office hours." I am behind the chair 3-4 days a week and they are packed pretty solid-yay! But, trying to get the blog done, the follow up with guests, the buying of supplies, the social media, the taxes, the bills, and all the things can be overwhelming! I am slowly trying to incorporate office hours during naps and during the time Hudson is at MDO. I have started to use apps and programs that can help do things proactively for me as well. They have been lifesavers for social media and staying on track. Also, joining my business building group for hairstylist has changed the way I do everything! I am thankful and blessed to have such an awesome clientele base and I have so much support from my family. I struggle with mom guilt, as we all do, and I don't want to take anymore time away from Hudson right now. Time is short and soon he will be in school all day. But trying to divide my time is a constant battle. Does it ever get easier? I say NO! LOL I think it will actually get harder. So maybe at that point I start to delegate and get a little more help. I think it is the same as anything else...tis the season.

Cancel/Late and No Show Policy:

Credit Cards are required to book all appointments. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.  

I will do my best to work with you for emergencies.

I do understand that unexpected situations and certain scheduling mishaps are unavoidable and accidental.

Service Redo and Retail Exchange Policy:

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.
