Here are Tiff's 3 Hair Tips For the Week:


#1 When doing a blowout on yourself be sure your hair is at least 80% dry. If you start round brushing before this you will be wasting time and energy and arm strength LOL. Your hair does not take shape until about 80% dry. Also, be sure to section your hair off when round brushing. This will help a lot with dry time too.


#2 If you color your hair PLEASE do not use any products from over the counter. Even if it's a "salon" product or name. You need to be using salon quality products on your hair or you are going against everything we are trying to do in the salon. I know that it costs more but you will use less, your color will last a lot longer, and your hair will feel amazing. These over the counter products leave a waxy buildup on the hair that will actually cause damage and weakness in the long run. And it will also make your hair fade a lot quicker. Trust me on this. Don't pay a lot of money to get your hair done and then use shampoo from Kroger. Please!


#3 Use a heat protecting cream! Stay away from sprays as they are very drying. Even if you are just a blow-dry and go girl you need a heat protector. You will thank me for this!

Cancel/Late and No Show Policy:

Credit Cards are required to book all appointments. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.  

I will do my best to work with you for emergencies.

I do understand that unexpected situations and certain scheduling mishaps are unavoidable and accidental.

If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.
