Tiff's Tips

Happy Wednesday everyone!


Here are my top 3 hair tips as we head into fall!


1) If you are one that likes to go from light to dark and dark to light don't do it so dramatically that it makes it more difficult and damaging on the hair. When you take your hair from dark to light it causes a lot of dryness and damage and needs to be done in stages. Going from light to dark isn't as damaging bc depositing is not that hard on the hair but if you decide to go back light it will cause a lot of damage. So be smart!


2) Conditioning treatments are life! You need to add one to at least one of your fall services in the salon and then purchase one of the two take home options to continue on your own. This will help your hair to be more manageable throughout the seasonal transitions. Trust me! You will thank me later!


3)Shampoo less! Now I am not saying never wash your hair but you shouldn't be shampooing daily. At least go every other to every 2 days. The less heat and blowdrying the better!

Credit Cards are required to book all appointments. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.  

I will do my best to work with you for emergencies.

I do understand that unexpected situations and certain scheduling mishaps are unavoidable and accidental.

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.
